There is nothing chef Eddie Clowney won’t try when it comes to wildlife.  Hunters from all over will bring game to the Red Rooster for Eddie to add his special seasoning and cook to perfection.  Don’t be surprised when rattlesnake, bobcat, bear or beaver is on the menu.  As Eddie always says, try it you just might like it!
