FTC ANNOUNCES “SHARE 2009 PHOTO CONTEST” WINNERS (1.29.10)
January 29, 2010, Kingstree, S.C. – Representatives from Farmers Telephone Cooperative, (FTC) Inc. today announced the cooperative’s “Sharing 2009 Photo Contest” winners. In total, more than 1.4 million votes were cast for the top six photos submitted for the contest. The winning photo was submitted by Bobby Robinson of Kingstree.
The winning photo, which garnered 888,436 votes, features Robinson’s grandchildren using FTC services.
The contest, which was open to FTC customers, encouraged participants to share photos of family and friends using FTC services for a chance to have the submitted photo included in the upcoming 2009 FTC Annual Report. In addition to being included in the annual report, the winning cover photo winner received a $100 Visa® gift card. The second place winner, Tommy Evans of Lake City, received a $50 Visa® gift card and will have his picture appear on the inside of the annual report. December 18, 2009.
