FTC ANNOUNCES “ENTERTAIN WITH JANE” RECIPE CONTEST (7.5.11)

July 5, 2011, Kingstree, S.C. – Representatives from Farmers Telephone Cooperative Inc. (FTC) today announced a "Entertain with Jane" recipe contest, which will run July 7 through August 15, 2011. The participant with the winning recipe will have their dish prepared by Jane Sterling on an upcoming episode of “Entertain with Jane,” will get to appear on the show, and will receive a copy of Sterling's cookbook, "Simply Southern Style" AND a $100 gift card to Sears.

The FTC Now “Entertain with Jane” contest will be administered through the FTC Facebook page, which can be found at www.facebook.com/FarmersTelephone. Contestants can submit their original recipes, along with a photo or video of the finished dish, via email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Recipes will then be uploaded to the Farmers Telephone Cooperative Facebook page for voting. The winning recipe will be determined by Facebook popularity and input from Sterling and FTC. The winner will be announced on August 17, 2011.
