FTC TO AIR AREA HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL GAMES AND COACH’S SHOWS ON FTC NOW (8.12.11)

Representatives from Farmers Telephone Cooperative (FTC) Inc. today announced the cooperative will air area high school football games on FTC Now on tape delay at 7 p.m. on the Tuesdays and Thursdays following the Friday evening match-ups.

After airing, the “Game of the Week” will be placed on FTC Vision’s Video On Demand (VOD) for future viewing opportunities. In addition, the “Coach’s Kickoff” show of the weekly featured teams will air prominently throughout the week leading up to the game. The various episodes of the “Coach’s Kickoff” will also air throughout the season and be available on VOD. Specific dates and times will be listed in the FTC Now TV Listings found on FTCNow.com.

Games on tap include:

·      Aug. 19  – St. John’s at The Carolina Academy

·      Aug. 26 – Sumter at Crestwood

·      Sept. 2 – C.E. Murray at Kingstree

·      Sept. 9 – Manning at Crestwood

·      Sept. 16 – Lee Central at Lakewood

·      Sept. 23 – Coastal Christian at Clarendon Hall

·      Sept. 30 – East Clarendon at Scott’s Branch

·      Oct. 7 – Williamsburg Academy at Thomas Sumter

·      Oct. 14 – Thomas Sumter at Robert E. Lee

·      Oct. 21 – Kingstree at Lake City

·      Oct. 28 – Laurence Manning Academy at Wilson Hall
