Shrimp Creole

Directions:

Start with butter and cook the onion, garlic, jalapenos, and celery. Cover and let simmer. Peel and add potatoes. Cover and let simmer until potatoes are softer. Squeeze ½ lemon and add other ingredients to your liking. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Best to let sit overnight and eat the following day.

Ingredients

  • ½ Stick of Butter
  • Diced Onion
  • 2 Tbsp of Garlic
  • Diced Jalapeno Peppers
  • Celery
  • 2 Peeled Potatoes
  • Diced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Wine and Pepper Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes
  • Peeled Shrimp
