Crab Cakes

Directions:

Mix crab and egg together well. Add celery, onion and seasonings. Mix in flour. Make into 4 large patties or 8 appetizer size patties. Saute in olive oil until brown on one side. Gently turn and brown on other side.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat (drained)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T self rising flour
  • 3 T minced celery
  • 2 T minced onion
  • 1 t Old Bay Seasoning
  • S & P
