Dilled Carrots

Directions:

In a sauce pan, cover carrots with water.  Add butter, salt, pepper and fresh dill.  Simmer on medium low heat until tender.  Drain water before serving.  

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby carrots                                                         
  • 2 tablespoons butter                                                                
  • Salt and pepper                                                           
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
