Grits Bar

Directions:

Bring Chicken Broth to a boil

Add Salt and Stick of Butter

Slowly add in Grits, Stir constantly,

Add Half n Half, continue stiring, cook for tweny minutes

Once Grits are done

Top with Tomato, Green Onion, Gorgonzola Cheese, Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

10 Cups of Chicken Broth

1 tsp salt

2 Cups Regular or Stone Grits (do not use instant or quick grits)

Cup Cheddar Cheese

1 Stick of Butter

1 Chopped tomato

1 Chopped Green Onion

1/2 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese

1/2 Cup Half n Half
