Guacamole

Directions:

Mash the avocados in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes and olives. Squeeze the juice of lime into mixture. Grate a little lime zest into mixture. Add cilantro and mix in sour cream until combined well. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 small chopped roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
