Wireless Usage Web Inquiry and Auto Text Notification: While we make every effort to reflect usages current to within a 24 hour window, some records may be delayed by as much as two to five days. Roaming is based on call records received from other carriers and processed by AT&T. A delay of two to ten days is common with this type of usage. A delay of up to 60 days or longer is possible for International usage. Rollover balances may be inaccurate if a plan change has recently been processed. Prepaid customers will not be able to check their remaining minutes via the web view or pay IVR.
