- 1 cup Greek yogurt (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 1 seedless cucumber (diced finely)
Mix well…you can add a little pepper. Place a thin slice of tenderloin in between each roll. Add about 1-2 teaspoons Greek sauce on top. Place a couple of arugula leaves on sauce and top with the other half of the roll. Put a long toothpick in the middle of slider to keep in place.
