Ice Cream Turtle Cake



  • Unwrap 17 Ice Cream sandwiches (any brand)
  • Place 1/2 of them in large/deep casserole dish
  • Spoon in one 12.25 oz juar of caramel sauce (spread evenly)
  • Cover with 6 ounces of cool whip
  • Add another layer of ice cream sanwiches (using the remainder of them)
  • Cover with 1/2 jar of hot fudge sauce
  • Chop 2 handfuls of tasted pecans (sprinkle evenly across)
  • Cover with 6 ounces of cool whip
  • Freeze for several hours
  • Drizzle rest of hot fudge sauce on top of frozen dessert
  • Chop another handful of toasted pecans and sprinkle on top
