Sautéed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup minced dry onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Snap ends off beans and wash thoroughly. Heat olive oil, garlic, and onion in skillet. Arrange beans in skillet. Add salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes. Barely cover with water and let simmer until crispy done. Drain beans and serve.
